For nearly two decades, I've been immersed in the health and wellness world as a Certified Nutritionist. But it wasn't until I experienced my own midlife health challenges that my professional mission became deeply personal.
Here's the truth: feeling awful during perimenopause and menopause isn't "normal aging" – it's a sign that something needs attention.
And after helping thousands of women reclaim their vitality, I can tell you with absolute certainty that thriving during this transition is possible.
Today, in my mid 40s, I feel more energetic, clear-headed, and vibrant than I did in my 30s. Not because I found some miracle solution, but because I discovered the specific nutrition, hormone, and lifestyle approaches that work specifically for women in midlife.
From Midwest Roots to California Sunshine
My journey started in Minnesota, where meat and potatoes were dietary staples! During college at the University of Wisconsin-Madison (Go Badgers!), two life-changing things happened: I joined the rowing team and met my future husband – a California native.
After completing my Biology degree, I eagerly traded snow for sunshine and moved west. We spent several years in Lake Tahoe as ski instructors before settling in California, where I attended Bauman College to become a Certified Nutritionist.
These days, when I'm not helping women transform their health, I'm juggling life as a mom to two active boys – serving as an unpaid Uber driver, personal chef, and master of the family Google calendar (which should come with its own advanced degree!).

The shocking lack of reliable support for women navigating perimenopause and menopause isn't just disappointing – it's harmful. Being told to "tough it out" or that your symptoms are "all in your head" leaves too many women suffering unnecessarily.
This summit was born from my conviction that while menopause is inevitable, suffering through it is optional. I've dedicated myself to translating complex hormonal science into practical, actionable strategies that actually work.
